Aviapartner is seeking a motivated Supervisor on Duty – Area Operations to join our Airside department in Fiumicino Airport.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the operational continuity of the Operations area by guiding the behaviors of staff to meet company standards and comply with airport regulations, Safety, Security, Health and Safety 81/08, and Quality.
- Manage and supervise the staff on duty in the department.
- Guarantee the necessary technical and knowledge support for resolving the current operational issues.
- Provide the necessary equipment for the staff in order to ensure operations are conducted in compliance with safety requirements.
- Support the management of the administrative process to handle sick leave, vacation requests, etc.

- Driving licence (B) and car owner.
