Gathering and transferring professional knowledge in assigned focus areas (laser and optics). Managing and authoring documentation related to laser safety standards, ensuring all systems meet international regulatory requirements. Experience and Background Master's Degree or Ph D in STEM disciplines (Physics, Optical Engineering, or Electronic Engineering with a focus on photonics). A solid theoretical and experimental foundation in laser physics is mandatory. At least 3–5 years of hands‐on experience in R&D; environments; proven track record in laser system design, beam diagnostics, or optical integration within high-tech, photonics,



or optoelectronics sectors. Proficiency in English (B2/C1) for technical writing, international research collaboration, and reporting. Willingness to travel (within Italy and internationally) to support different group locations and production sites.
