Within the Sales team, Strikers build and nurture customer relationships and negotiate with retail accounts within defined geographical regions.
Strikers are responsible for achieving all elements of RedBull Perfect Store—including product availability, visibility, and additional placements—to maximize sales of all RedBull products.
Responsibilities
- Growth mindset and proactive approach.
- Ability to manage and cultivate strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, mainly with ethnic points of sale. Proficiency in English is required.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a field‑based environment.
- Experience in FMCG is a plus.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driving license.




- Travel 90‑100 %.

Annual gross salary: starting from €25,600, based on experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities (subject to the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Commerce sector).
