Experteer Overview In this role you lead the Italian Regulatory Affairs team to ensure authorisation, maintenance, and compliance of the product portfolio in Italy and Malta. You work closely with commercial, technical, and European colleagues to support business objectives and act as the primary regulatory interface for the Italian market. You will influence registration strategies and manage regulatory risks across the lifecycle, while shaping a collaborative, cross‐functional regulatory presence in a global company. Coordinate and submit regulatory applications in line with EU and national legislation Maintain product authorisations throughout the lifecycle Contribute to zonal and European projects relevant to Italy Review dossiers for compliance with EU and national requirements (no dossier writing) Identify local regulatory requirements and risks to inform registration strategy Review Preliminary Risk Assessments and support risk‐based decisions Represent ADAMA with Italian and Maltese authorities, industry associations, and external stakeholders Build and maintain relationships within the local regulatory community Responsabilità Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Toxicology, Environmental Sciences, Agronomy, Biology) Proven experience in Regulatory Affairs within the Italian and European PPP environment Strong knowledge of PPP regulations and registration processes Experience managing a small team in a local regulatory setting Excellent communication skills; ability to translate c
