- Develop dashboards and executive reports that measure AR program effectiveness.

- Help track analyst engagement metrics, sentiment trends, competitive positioning, and influence on business objectives.

- Support quarterly business reviews and executive presentations with data-driven reporting.

- Track the performance, utilization, and business impact of thought leadership and custom research assets, providing reporting and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities to Include:
Reporting and Insights

- KPI and performance monitoring

- Develop dashboards and executive reports that measure AR program effectiveness.

- Help track analyst engagement metrics, sentiment trends, competitive positioning, and influence on business objectives.

- Support quarterly business reviews and executive presentations with data-driven reporting.

- Track the performance, utilization, and business impact of thought leadership and custom research assets, providing reporting and recommendations to stakeholders.

Budget and Vendor Management

-

- Support AR budget planning, forecasting, and expense tracking.

- Vendor & financial management including procurement & internal reimbursements

- Support management of analyst firm contracts and renewals

- Coordinate with finance, legal, and procurement teams on vendor relationships and agreements.

- Assist with sourcing research agencies for bespoke research projects.





Process & Policy Governance

-

- AR policy adherence and compliance

- Maintain AR policies, workflows, and best practices.

- Process Documentation and Management (Documents and maintains all policies and procedures.)

- Drive process improvements and automation opportunities to increase team efficiency.

- Analyst event support, including event budgeting, contracting and logistical/scheduling support

Required Qualifications

-

- 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, analyst relations, marketing operations, or a related function.

- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

- Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills.

- Experience creating executive-level reporting and presentations.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

-

- Experience working with Analyst Relations and industry analyst firms, such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Everest Group, ISG, independent research firms, and others

- Research Program Management

- Knowledge of enterprise technology markets and B2B go-to-market organizations. xysqume

- PMP, PgMP, Agile, or similar project management certification.
