Overview In this SAP Treasury Team Leader role within IBM Consulting Delivery Centers, you will lead the design, implementation and optimization of SAP Treasury and Risk Management solutions for diverse clients. You'll act as both functional expert and delivery lead, driving digital treasury processes within finance transformation programs. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, integrated SAP TRM solutions and contribute to pre-sales and proposal efforts. This position offers impact across finance, IT, and business stakeholders in a global delivery environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead full-cycle SAP Treasury implementations and enhancements (Cash Management, In-House Cash, BCM, Financial Risk Management)
Translate business requirements into functional/technical designs aligned with best practices
Mentor and manage a team of SAP consultants, overseeing delivery, timelines, and quality
Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT to integrate SAP TRM with FI/CO, S/4HANA,



and external banking systems
Support treasury transformation initiatives leveraging S/4HANA Treasury and Fiori apps
Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder presentations
Contribute to pre-sales and proposal activities with solution expertise and estimation inputs
Responsabilità Proven experience in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (minimum 2 full-cycle implementations)
Deep knowledge of Cash Management, Liquidity Planning, In-House Cash, BCM
Integration experience with SAP FI/CO, S/4HANA, and external banking interfaces (SWIFT, BCM, EBICS)
Demonstrated team leadership and client management experience
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
