Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Capri. Perched on the rooftop of the Capri Palace Jumeirah, with breathtaking views, Zuma Capri is the perfect setting for the Zuma experience – the true spirit of La Dolce Vita. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the front‑of‑house team to deliver seamless and efficient wine and sake service daily
- Use your in‑depth knowledge of wine, sake, and food pairings to enhance guest experiences and drive sales
- Manage wine and sake stock levels and oversee ordering procedures with accuracy and care
- Monitor and maintain wine and sake service equipment, addressing any needs with management
- Build relationships with regular guests and high‑value customers,
Qualifications
- A genuine love for culinary experiences & a passion for Japanese cuisine
- Proven experience as a sommelier in a luxury high‑volume restaurant
- A natural team player who is at home working in sync with a large team
- Naturally friendly, customer‑oriented, and skilled at creating memorable dining experiences
