RINA is currently recruiting for a Real Estate Senior HSE Advisor to join its office in Genova within the Real Estate HSSE Management Division.
Mission
A Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Senior Advisor typically plays a crucial role in supporting the HSE function within an organization. The role ensures the application of the Corporate and Company policies, developing and implementing security policies, guidelines, procedures and protocols for the security of Company assets, projects and business travels.
Key Accountabilities
- Regulatory Compliance
- Stay updated on local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant laws and standards.
- Risk Assessment and Management
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards in the workplace.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and prevent accidents or incidents.
- HSE Policies and Procedures
- Develop, implement,



and enforce HSE policies and procedures.
- Communicate these policies to employees and ensure understanding and adherence.
- Training and Education
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees at all levels.
- Create educational materials and promote awareness of health and safety issues.
- Incident Investigation
- Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, or near‑mises to determine root causes.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
- Emergency Response Planning
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
- Organize and conduct drills and training exercises to prepare employees for emergencies.
- Inspections and Audits
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and areas of non‑compliance.
- Work with other departments to address and rectify identified issues.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect and analyze HSE data
