What you'll need to succeed
Our Ideal Intern / Graduate:
For Internship positions:
- University student attending a master’s degree. The intern has to be enrolled in the university throughout the internship period and be available for 6 months.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an interest in Investment Banking.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Mindset:



Motivated, curious, proactive and eager to learn about the complexities of Investment Banking.

For Graduate positions:
- Excellent university degree and academic records.
- Relevant international experience.
- Confidence to take on early responsibility.
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
