About The Role We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to co‑lead one of our Camper stores in Paris;
As a Camper Assistant Store Manager, your mission will be to work in partnership with the Store Manager in the execution of all store activities to attain the objectives in terms of sales, service and business growth.
We’re counting on you to offer the full brand experience to our omnichannel consumers, develop the team’s potential and oversee all the operations of the store in order to achieve the best level of customer service and business efficiency.
Customer Experience Management:
Our clients matter You will have a crucial role in ensuring that the level of customer satisfaction is met by providing an outstanding service and developing long‑term relationships with our customers at an omnichannel level.
Team Management: Camper people are the key asset at Camper Business Results & Efficiency: You are required to support the Store Manager in managing the point of sale efficiently taking business analysis into account.
Each store embodies the Company’s culture, values and principles. You will be responsible for Camper brand image towards our customers, with the aim of ensuring a premium image aligned with the Company’s identity and ESG principals.
In the omnichannel era, operations are a key and have a great impact on the connection chain with the customer. You will carry out store operations according to the Company’s Policies & Procedures. About You You are our perfect match if:
