The Payoll Consultant will work within the Payroll Team and will assist with the processing of payroll-related work for client companies.
The Payroll Consultant will be expected to make a significant individual contribution, be self-motivated,



and liaise with the team and the manager concerning assigned clients.
Liasing with Employment Office;
Mandatory communications with Employment Office for new hires/terminations/contractual changes;
Perform record keeping, reporting, and payroll processing activities for clients with basic payroll complexity in a timely manner;
Data input of time cards in the system (Zucchetti);
Sending mandatory communications to health insurance funds;
Print and mail payroll checks;
Ad hoc projects.
Good Knowledge of English (B2)
Proficiency in all MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
Attention to quality
3 days of home working per week
