We are looking for an Operations Lead that will play a key role in ensuring the operational excellence of the Supply & Onboarding management focusing on processes automation and optimizations and proactively addressing risks, bottlenecks, and disruptions.
Languages: Italian, English
Oversee and continuously improve the clinical onboarding process and team organization, ensuring a high-quality and consistent experience
3–5 years of experience in Operations, Service Operations or Program Management (preferably in high-volume scale-ups).
~ Strong analytical mindset: comfortable reading and working data,



identifying patterns, and building the case for change with a strong bias toward execution.
~ Strong problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
~ Fluency in English.
