JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage timesheets for office, ensuring timely submission, approval, accuracy, and filing
;Taking active role and full execution of the recruitment process ensuring that recruitment targets and deadlines are met
;Taking an active role in onboarding and offboarding, performance management, talent management, and employee engagement, and internal communication processes, support preparation of annual HR budget, support gathering all monthly payroll data and ensure the payroll process is smoothly handled
;Supporting core HR processes (recognition & reward, training & development, performance management) through the local and global systems and processes, actively communicating with employees to understand their organizational & physical needs and provide HR consultation on employee relations to enhance team performance, culture and diversity
.Responsible for administration, office operation and maintenance support
