As Trade Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) , you will play a key role in turning commercial agreements into clear, structured, and ready-to-activate media plans . Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders , you will coordinate timelines, campaign assets, and planning requirements to ensure every campaign is prepared efficiently and in line with defined standards .
With a strong focus on accuracy, collaboration, and operational excellence , you will support smooth planning processes and enable a seamless handover to Activation teams . In this role, you will contribute to consistent campaign readiness and help drive the successful execution of Retail Media initiatives .

Translate commercial agreements into structured media plans ,



enabling effective campaign execution and clear operational alignment
Define campaign structures, formats, and product selection in line with planning guidelines and campaign objectives
Manage asset requests and creative briefings , ensuring campaign materials are complete, accurate, and available on time
Monitor timelines, dependencies, and planning milestones to ensure campaigns are delivered as planned
Coordinate promotional activities with internal stakeholders , ensuring consistency with broader commercial and media initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation and planning data , ensuring transparency, consistency, and reliable campaign tracking
Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
~2–4 years of experience in digital advertising, campaign management, media planning, or a similar role
~ Good understanding of retail media and campaign planning processes
~ Ability to translate commercial input into structured
