Role Summary and Impact

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate, Activation Media Solutions to join our growing WPP Media team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end programmatic activation workflow, from processing initial client briefs, drafting strategic proposals, and securing bookings, to hands-on campaign setup in DSPs, execution, ongoing optimization,



and in-depth performance analysis with actionable insights.

You will be a key contributor to the success of our clients' campaigns, leveraging your expertise in programmatic technologies, audience targeting, and activation best practices to drive impactful results. This role requires a solid understanding of the programmatic landscape, excellent analytical and reporting skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal agency teams, clients, media partners, and execution units.

Skills And Experience

Receive, process, and evaluate programmatic briefs from agency and client teams to ensure all strategy and activation requirements are aligned.
Develop comprehensive programmatic campaign strategies, media plans, and proposals based on overall advertiser goals, target audience, budget, and desired outcomes.
