Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support operational processes, improve tracking capabilities, and ensure reliable platform performance. Drive customer-centric product decisions by balancing technical feasibility, user experience, and business priorities when defining solutions. Monitor website performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and recommend improvements through platform capabilities, automation tools, and workflow enhancements.
