Lead Engineer, Product Development & New Technology As a Senior Subsea Product Development Engineer focused on Subsea XT Systems, you will be accountable for bringing new products and designs to life from initial customer requirements, conceptual design, detailed engineering, testing and qualification through to approval and delivery to our customers. You will collaborate across multiple locations, teams and functions to ensure engineering requirements are captured, enabling us to differentiate ourselves with solutions that help us become extremely competitive. Responsibilities Develop Subsea XT technologies that meet customer needs while engineering new and proven solutions. Generate new designs, detailed drawings, stack‐up drawings, bill of materials, calculations, engineering part information, and lead qualification and system integration testing to meet customer requirements and industry standards. Ensure scopes are completed within the agreed timeline and budget. Manage the plan, budget, risks, resources, and stakeholder/change management.



Lead global teams and work directly with all business functions, applying DFMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) principles. Provide technical guidance and peer reviews for engineering deliverables while coaching and mentoring other engineers and designers within a globally diverse team. Explore new opportunities and ideas, create new patents and technology, conduct Freedom to Operate analysis, and follow market trends. Qualifications Proven experience in Design Engineering for Subsea Production Systems with deep understanding of how engineering transforms into a real‐life product. Experience with 3 D models and detailed drawings using CAD software; deep understanding of GD&T; and Design for Manufacture principles. Direct ownership and accountability, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and coordinate several projects simultaneously.
