Due to an upcoming internal promotion, we are offering an excellent opportunity to take over a well-established region within their international business. As Regional Distributor Account Manager – Southern Europe, you will be responsible for developing and expanding business across key Southern European markets. You will focus on distributor management, key account development, and project-based sales in sectors such as water & wastewater, construction, municipal and industrial applications. This is a commercially driven yet technically engaged role where you act as the face of the organization in your region.
Take ownership by Developing and executing the regional sales strategy for Southern Europe Managing, supporting, and expanding the distributor and service partner network Driving revenue growth through project sales, framework agreements, and key account development Identifying new business opportunities in water & wastewater, construction, industrial and municipal markets Supporting distributors and customers with application knowledge, pump selection and system solutions Managing relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, municipalities and industrial end users Coordinating quotations, tenders and technical-commercial proposals with internal teams Negotiating pricing, contracts and commercial terms within company guidelines Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and regional specifications Representing the company at trade fairs, industry events and customer presentations Working in the field: You will work closely with distributors, engineers and end use
