WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Serving as the priary technical expert for FCC catalyst applications at customer sites, providing hands‐on technical support, troubleshooting, unit optimization, performance improvement, and advising refinery operations and technical teams on catalyst selection and operational strategy. Conducting FCC technical evaluations, simulations, and modeling to support recommendations, customer proposals, and performance improvement initiatives. Owning full P&L; responsibility for assigned FCC accounts, including volume, margin, pricing, receivables,



sales forecasting, CRM management, and account planning. Developing and executing account strategies aligned with BASFâ€TMs FCC business objectives, including pricing, contract negotiations, and commercial terms with refinery customers. Identifying and capturing new FCC business opportunities within existing and new refinery accounts, expanding account penetration through relationship mapping across technical and commercial stakeholders, and positioning BASFâ€TMs FCC catalyst portfolio to maximize market share in the region. Building strong relationships with refinery engineers, operations teams, and decision‐makers, acting as the interface between customers and internal BASF technical, R&D;, and business teams, and representing BASF in customer meetings, technical reviews, and industry engagements.
