British American Tobacco Italy has an exciting opportunity for a Data Product Manager in Trieste Annual Gross Salary Pay Range 73.256,80 € - 91.571,00 € under 1 SQ CLA level The Data Product Manager sits within the Growth Data & Intelligence team, as part of the wider Global Consumer Experience function. You will be the single point of accountability ensuring our growth function has the reliable, AI‐ready data foundations it needs to optimise consumer experiences globally. This role leads the productization of data assets within the team, responsible for defining, prioritising, and driving the development of internal data products (e.g., dashboards, segmentation tools, predictive models, APIs, self‐service analytics interfaces) that empower marketing teams across the globe to make faster,
better‐informed decisions and optimise channel performance. While Global D&A; owns data platform infrastructure and DBS‐Digital Business Solutions provides Martech tools, this role focuses on building user‐centric data products. These products use AI technologies to ensure they deliver measurable value for consumer experience growth. The Data Product Manager directly shapes how marketing teams across the organisation access and act on data. Through scalable, AI‐enhanced data products, this role optimises channel performances and consumer experiences, accelerating time‐to‐insight and elevating overall digital and commercial performance across the Global Consumer Experience function.
