To enhance its team, Artemest is looking for a highly organized and energetic Junior Accountant to join the AFC Team.

The Junior Accountant will report to the Head of Accounting and Controlling and support the integrity of end-to-end accounting and financial records, in compliance with business needs, corporate directives and policies, and accounting principles.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Control and registration of Italian,



CEE and EXTRA-CEE payable invoices from suppliers of goods and services
Manage invoices to customers and support the receivables cycle
Payment processing and daily cash management, including bank account management
Update accounts payable and accounts receivable, and perform reconciliations
Prepare bank reconciliations on a weekly and monthly basis
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Assist in the month-end close process, including general ledger, AR, AP and journal entries
Support monthly VAT settlement
Support monthly and quarterly tax fulfilments (Intrastat, F24, Withholding Taxes, Lipe, Oss)
Participate in the preparation of financial statements and monthly reporting
Create and edit spreadsheets for ad hoc reporting
Support on other accounting and administration projects

Requisiti:
