Experteer Overview In this role you design and drive IT projects for manufacturing and purchasing, ensuring governance, quality, and timely delivery. You collaborate with global and regional partners, IT domains, and business stakeholders to implement secure, design-driven solutions. You actively manage risks and oversee cross-functional teams to maintain alignment with enterprise standards. Responsibilities Define and maintain project plans and activity schedules; efficiently manage internal and external resources
Allocate and monitor progress, proactively flag risks and implement mitigation actions
Design innovative solutions or repurpose existing technologies based on cost/vantaggi
Maintain relationships with Process Owners, Key Users and stakeholders; ensure documentation and deliverables meet business and IT standards
Promote team communication, collaboration and commitment across the project
Evaluate process improvement requests; conduct in-depth analysis with process owners
Ensure solutions meet evolving requirements and align with other requests or areas
Coordinate Application Maintenance team involvement for proper project handover and governance
Provide consulting and mentoring on methodologies; support exception handling
Track project economics to stay within planned costs and flag deviations
Guarantee project implementations conform to IT Governance from approval to user acceptance
Responsabilità Master's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
3+ years in system integration consulting or IT departments of multinational companies
Knowledge of SAP ERP with procurement and manufacturing expertise; SAP S/4HANA is a plus
Ability to design articulated solutions and select appropriate technologies
Project Management skills with cross-functional and international team coordination
