Experteer Overview In this role you will support the implementation of HS&E; standards and the development of a strong safety culture at our Milan headquarters. You will report to the HS&E; Manager and travel to other Ateliers to supervise activities, ensuring compliance and effective safety practices. You will drive training, reporting, and audits, translating policy into action across the organization. Your work directly supports ESG‐aligned sustainability and risk reduction efforts with cross‐functional collaboration.
Retribuzione / Benefits Support the implementation of H&S; standards, procedures and best practices in compliance with legal requirements
Deliver HS&E; Group policies, standards and guidance within Local HS&E; Management System and provide training across affiliate personnel
Perform H&S; compliance evaluation, supervision and facilitate safety communication and training




Develop and monitor Sustainability KPIs according to ESG rating
Ensure accurate and timely H&S; reporting
Coordinate arrangements for HS&E; audits, reviews and workplace inspections
Investigate injuries, illnesses, incidents and at‐risk behaviours with findings and preventive actions where appropriate
Travel to Ateliers to supervise activities and ensure policy application
Responsabilità Master in Engineering (Industrial Safety & Risk Engineering preferred)
Previous experience in a similar role
Fluent in Italian and English
Excellent communication and relational skills
Problem solver with multitasking ability
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to work in a heterogeneous team
