YOUR ROLE As an Engagement Manager at Capgemini Engineering, within the Manufacturing&Operations; Capability, you will be responsible for ensuring the end‐to‐end success of projects for multinational clients, coordinating delivery, governance, and business development in complex, high‐engineering content contexts.
Manage the entire project lifecycle,
from Sales–Delivery handover to closure
Ensure delivery, quality, contractual compliance, and customer satisfaction
Define and govern the delivery model, ensuring control of timelines, costs, and scope
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for the client
Manage budgets, forecasts, margins, and financial KPIs with P&L; accountability
Supervise change requests and contractual negotiations
Identify and mitigate project risks, supporting strategic decisions
Promote business development opportunities and account growth
Monitor the quality of deliverables and customer satisfaction
Produce structured reporting for management (KPIs, risks, action plans)
YOUR CHARACTERISTICS 5‐10 years of experience as a Project Manager in Manufacturing & Operations contexts, with exposure to product development and industrialization projects
