Previous experience in complex construction sites (~10 years in total)
Background in Civil engineering is mandatory
Knowledge of Industrial Services is highly recommended
Manufacturing projects management ("making it happen"): 5 years' experience in an international project environment context within which projects were defined and budgeted, assessed and implemented (entire project lifecycle) with PMI certification
Fluency in Italian and English is required
Compensation Package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, Annual Base Salary €85.000,00.
Position Summary Lead the construction and Industrial services scope execution and coordinate contribution of all stakeholders (from project brief until agreed sustained performance is achieved)



by managing a cross-functional team whose objective is to oversee the capital investments relating to the company's fixed assets. This could involve the relocation and optimising of the existing fixed asset base and/or the purchase of new fixed assets. It must extend from the initial conceptual studies through to project closeout.
Responsible for ensuring smooth start-up of all industrial services to ensure optimal generation and distribution of utilities for the factory operation (i.e. electricity, steam, refrigeration, water and effluent treatment, hygienic air handling and compressed air). Responsible for delivering New/extension/modification of Buildings in compliance with local regulation and Nestlé people safety and hygienic standard.
