Overview In this role, you will lead and coordinate IT portfolio, demand, and compliance activities for Flutter SEA, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory requirements. You'll provide governance across ICT programs, monitor progress, and report to senior leadership. You will manage cross‐functional demand from corporate functions, guide budgeting and forecasting, and oversee IT risk, SOX controls, and security initiatives. The role combines strategy, governance, and hands‐on oversight in a dynamic, cross‐country environment. Responsibilities Oversee IT portfolio, demand, and compliance activities for Flutter SEA Provide governance and oversight across ICT programs and projects Monitor program status and elevate issues to senior management Manage relationships with business functions and their demand teams Support decision‐making with operational and leadership insights Align IT demand/portfolio with organizational goals and cross‐functional collaboration Define and manage IT budget and forecast,



including resource allocation Oversee ITGC/SOX testing and remediation in coordination with IT control owners Lead IT audit governance and remediation plans Coordinate security roadmap with CISO and govern vulnerabilities Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and implementing solutions Collaborate across markets and monitor KPIs and compliance areas Support strategic planning cycles and stakeholder reporting Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships Qualifications 12+ years in IT portfolio, program, or project management Experience managing budgets, resources, and cross‐functional roadmaps Deep knowledge of Finance, HR, Security, Risk & compliance processes Proven experience with IT audits and ITGC testing (SOX) Degree in STEM or economics (preferred) Experience leading cross‐functional teams in complex or international environments Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks, Agile and Waterfall Familiarity with Service No
