Experteer Overview As XPS & Training Manager you will drive the global Continuous Improvement journey by developing and deploying lean capabilities through the Xylem Production System. You act as a change agent, mentor and strategic partner to ensure sustainable lean implementation and measurable business impact. You will collaborate with sites across Europe, lead transformation initiatives, and oversee training to build capability at all levels. This role offers the chance to influence cross-functional operations and scale CI practices globally.

Standardize and deploy lean practices via the Xylem Production System (XPS) across the organization
Mentor employees at all levels to embed continuous improvement and maximize impact
Lead strategic CI transformation initiatives and share best practices with other CI leaders
Support management, supervisors, and frontline staff in capability development




Lead training initiatives and contribute to CI strategy development
Participate in supplier CI activities when required
Travel up to 60% internationally
Responsabilità 3–7 years in a global/international environment
Deep expertise in Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Toyota 8-Step)
Strong problem-solving and project management
Experience leading hands‐on lean implementation and Kaizen events
Track record in training, coaching, and developing others in lean
Experience driving CI transformation in manufacturing, supply chain, and transactional processes
Ability to lead large‐scale change initiatives in complex organizations
Experience managing multiple international projects
Strategic thinking with hands‐on execution capability
Strong cross‐functional collaboration
