Overview In this role you will drive accelerated, profitable, and sustainable demand for PHINIA EMEA aftermarket products. You will work with cross‐functional teams to craft market‐driven strategies, optimize the product lineup, and lead compelling launches. Your work supports growth through data‐driven insights, segmentation, and targeted messaging that resonates across customer segments. Responsibilities Lead market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks and develop corresponding strategies
Use internal and external data to optimize product focus and inform decisions
Define market penetration strategies to boost customer adoption
Own segmentation, targeting, and positioning for products
Manage New‐To‐Range and phase‐out policies; optimize SKU performance
Lead product launches and monitor post‐launch performance
Support inventory reduction and disposal during phase‐outs in collaboration with other functions
Identify and pursue new product/segment/channel opportunities
Develop compelling product messaging and coordinate marketing plans with regional teams
Ensure complete and up‐to‐date product information (catalogs, specs, training)
Provide product‐specific training to internal teams and customers
Drive revenue, profitability, and market expansion through pricing and performance analysis
Identify CI opportunities for marketing in EMEA
Qualifications Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role (category, product, or trade marketing)
Qualification in Marketing and/or Business (minimum degree‐level)
Experience with economic indicators, financial drivers, and business metrics to inform strategies
Experience working in a multi‐country marketing role with strong customer engagement
