Joinrs is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist in Milan to lead the Domestic Personal Care demand planning process. You will forecast sales, optimize stock levels, and drive alignment across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
The role requires 2–3 years in FMCG demand planning, strong stakeholder management, and advanced Excel/demand planning tools. Italian native with business English is expected.
