Lead Generation Specialist

About the role: This opportunity is designed for persistent, detail-oriented professionals who thrive on connecting with people and bringing order to a busy sales pipeline. You will research and build prospect lists, conduct cold and warm outreach via phone, email, text, and social media, book qualified appointments, and maintain CRM databases to ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.

Pay Rates:





Tempo parziale Monthly Rates: $880–$1,120 (based on 20 hours per week schedule)
Full-Time Monthly Rates: $1,760–$2,240 (based on 40 hours per week schedule)

The posted monthly salary range is an average monthly income. However, all jobs at Virtual Latinos are hourly, and pay is calculated based on the number of hours a person works each day. We pay our Virtual Professionals every 2 weeks through third-party platforms. The hourly rate range of the position is $11–$14, depending on experience. Once a rate has been offered to you, it is non-negotiable.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule will vary depending on the position and client. Most schedules align with U.S. and Canadian business hours.
