Ricasoli Group is an international luxury services company operating across travel, real estate and hospitality through its integrated brands: Ricasoli Travel, Ricasoli Realty and Ricasoli Stays.

As the Group continues its international expansion, we’re seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller to join our finance leadership team. This role will strengthen our finance function and play a key part in supporting strategic decision-making across multiple businesses and geographies.

We’re looking for someone ready to become a trusted financial partner within a fast-growing international luxury group.
Working directly with the CFO, CEO, and Board, you’ll contribute to financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and business analysis — while helping shape and improve financial processes across the Group.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership: direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence strategic business decisions.

Own and support monthly financial reporting and closing activities
• Prepare management reports and financial analyses for the CFO, CEO,



and Board
• Monitor KPIs, profitability, margins, and overall business performance
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Analyze revenues, costs, and cash flow across multiple business units
• Support intercompany reporting and consolidation activities
• Improve reporting tools, financial models, and internal finance processes
• Collaborate with operational teams to drive financial performance
• Support ERP implementation and reporting automation initiatives
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic projects and investments
• Support other Finance Department activities and responsibilities as required

5+ years of finance experience, ideally including 1–2 years in audit.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Previous experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A;, Audit, or a similar finance function
• Strong knowledge of
