Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters (on‑prem or cloud), providing end‑to‑end technical ownership of the platform.
- Manage cluster lifecycle: upgrades, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Implement and maintain cluster components such as ingress controllers, storage integrations, and networking plugins.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
- Automate application deployment workflows, environment provisioning, and repetitive operational tasks using Bash or Python.
- Use Terraform, Helm, and related IaC tools to define and manage infrastructure.
- Deploy and manage monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager), perform root‑cause analysis, and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to support containerization and deployment best practices, acting as a direct interface with clients and technical teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior/mid team members,



contributing to the definition of technical standards and best practices.
- Contribute to the hiring process through technical assessments during interviews.

Qualifications
- Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes administration.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools and pipeline design.
- Solid understanding of container technologies (Docker, containerd).
- Experience with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps workflows.
- Good scripting skills in Bash or Python.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Strong Linux systems engineering background.
- Experience with Generative AI tools is a plus.
