RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior Project Manager - Health, Safety and Environment to join its office in Genoa, Rome or Milan - Italy within the Energy Engineering Project Management Division.
Mission
We are looking for a highly motivated Health, Safety and Environment Engineering Associate Project Manager who is eager to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment. The successful candidate will be involved in projects primarily (but not exclusively) within the conventional and renewable energy sectors, as well as in energy transition initiatives, focusing on environmental and safety/reliability aspects , and collaborating with leading national and international clients. They will work together within a structured Project Manager Team, overseeing and coordinating projects to ensure successful outcomes that meet client expectations while adhering to strict safety, health, and environmental standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Project Support:
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, defining individual tasks, timelines,
and milestones in collaboration with the project team.
- Update project trackers and reports regularly to keep stakeholders informed of project status.
- Client Interaction:
- Act as a supporting point of contact for the client, providing regular updates as directed by the Project Manager.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary to maintain client satisfaction.
- Participate in client meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items
- Documentation:
- Prepare and organize project documentation, ensuring that all records, including contracts, scope documents, and timelines, are accurate and accessible.
- Track document versions and ensure compliance with company documentation standards.
- Assist in creating reports and summaries for internal and client use, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
