Angelini Technologies - Fameccanica is looking for a professional to join the
Marketing team as a Strategic Marketing Specialist for the Robotics & Automation
business area. The position combines market analysis, market intelligence,
support for the definition and development of the Business Plan, and operational
marketing initiatives. The objective is to identify growth opportunities,
strengthen the company’s competitive positioning, and contribute to the
development of business, product, and go-to-market strategies within the R&A;
area. The role has a strong analytical and strategic focus and requires the
ability to translate market insights into concrete initiatives, working closely
with Sales, Product Management, Business Development, and R&D.;
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Analysis and Market Intelligence
* Analyze target markets, industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging
technologies to identify growth and development opportunities.
* Support the review and validation of the assumptions included in the
company’s Business Plan through market research and ongoing market
monitoring.
* Conduct competitive benchmarking by analyzing the products, services,
portfolios, and strategies of key competitors.
Business and Product Strategy Support
* Work with Product Management and R&D; to analyze market needs and identify
opportunities for the development of new products and solutions.
* Support the definition of value propositions and the competitive positioning
of the company’s products and services.
* Contribute to the preparation of business cases, strategic presentations,
market reports, and documentation supporting decision-making processes.
* Plan and prepare Voice of the Customer campaigns in collaboration with
Product Management, contributing to the structured collection and analysis of
customer feedback and translating it into actionable insights for the
development of the company’s offering.
