Job Overview
We are looking for Italian‐speaking Customer Experts to support Imperial Brands' consumer electronics services in Athens, Greece. This on‐site role requires a dedicated professional who can deliver expert guidance, technical support, and an elevated service experience to Italian‐speaking customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high‐quality customer support to Italian‐speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat channels.
Assist customers with product selection, technical troubleshooting, device setup, and usage guidance for a broad range of consumer electronics items.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, warranty claims, and after‐sales queries professionally and efficiently.
Accurately log all customer interactions, case updates, and resolutions within the company's CRM system in accordance with data quality and compliance standards.
Collaborate closely with technical support teams and internal departments to ensure complex consumer electronics issues are escalated and resolved promptly.
Stay up to date with new product launches, firmware updates,



and changes in the consumer electronics portfolio to provide accurate and informed customer guidance.
Identify recurring customer issues and provide structured feedback to team leaders and quality assurance teams to support continuous service improvement.
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, including customer satisfaction scores, first‐contact resolution rates, and response time targets.
Requirements
Native or fluent Italian language skills (both spoken and written) mandatory.
Valid EU passport or national ID mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility.
Strong interest in consumer electronics, technology products, and digital devices strongly preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a client‐facing role within the consumer electronics or technology sector mandatory.
