Position
Electrification Testing Lead Engineer
Design, plan, and develop testing activities for electric machines and electrified powertrains on test benches, ensuring quality, robustness, reliability, and compliance with applicable standards and product development targets.
Physically validate complex systems and actively contribute to their development.
The role supports the development of systems for the Automotive, Defense, Motorsport, and other industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the daily activities of the Testing team, ensuring efficient resource allocation, appropriate competency levels, and adherence to deadlines agreed with customers or Project Managers.




Plan testing activities for components and systems in collaboration with customers and Project Management, ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards, as well as the effective investigation of phenomena under experimental evaluation.
Organize and manage all information required for test setup and execution.
Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of testing instrumentation, measurement equipment, and test bench control systems, ensuring their proper operation over time, suitability for required accuracy targets, and compliance with operating conditions.
Contribute to the development of testing equipment through technical and commercial assessments, proposals, and investigations.
Monitor testing activities and prepare, or supervise the preparation of, detailed technical reports for management and customers.
