We are looking for a Business Administration Specialist who will be trained as an Apprentice in Milan within the Digital Industry area.

Your Challenge
As an Apprentice Business Administration Specialist some of your main activities will be:
Provide support for finance activities, including order entry, change orders and invoicing, credit notes, goods receipt and stock items control
Work closely with the Operations teams and cost center managers to monitor and control costs to ensure expenditures align with approved budgets and financial targets
Ensuring the accuracy of accounting records and commercial documentation in ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Complete month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings tasks, which include but are not limited to: KPIs tracking, monthly postings, and other required reporting deliverables for the department
Regularly monitor and evaluate project KPIs.
Implementation and control of Risk Internal Control standards
Data extraction from different tools/systems (e.g. SAP) and their consolidation and analysis as well
