Helio is a growing owner and operator of luxury multifamily communities based in Los Angeles. We're looking for a highly organized Maintenance Operations Coordinator to help keep maintenance operations moving efficiently across our portfolio.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume maintenance coordination role. You'll play a key part in ensuring maintenance requests move efficiently from start to finish by coordinating residents, technicians, vendors, and property managers across multiple communities.
You'll join a growing facilities team that values organization, accountability, and teamwork. Success in this role comes from staying on top of details, communicating proactively, and keeping work moving.

What You'll Do
You'll serve as the operational hub between residents, maintenance technicians, vendors, and property managers.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate and schedule maintenance work orders across multiple communities.
Dispatch technicians and vendors while balancing changing priorities throughout the day.
Communicate with residents regarding maintenance appointments and updates.
Monitor aging work orders and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion.
Escalate urgent issues or stalled work orders when appropriate.
Update work orders and documentation within our property management software.
Process invoices, proposals, and purchase orders.
Coordinate with Property Managers regarding maintenance priorities.
Maintain accurate records and operational documentation.
Support the maintenance team with other coordination tasks as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Required
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Professional Spanish.
Available to work U.S. Pacific business hours.
Exceptionally organized with outstanding attention to detail.
Comfortable managing a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy.
