For over 20 years, they have specialized in refurbishing TI graphing calculators to like-new condition while serving families, schools, and school districts nationwide. Known for exceptional quality, service, and operational excellence, they are seeking an Inside Sales Agent to deliver a seamless customer experience while building long-term customer relationships.
Role Overview
The Inside Sales Agent will be responsible for managing the entire customer journey from initial inbound inquiry through repeat business. The Inside Sales Agent will respond quickly to warm inbound leads, provide accurate quotes, manage customer relationships within HubSpot, nurture opportunities through the sales process,
and proactively follow up with previous customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and taking ownership of customer accounts in a structured, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales & Customer Relationship Management
Respond to all inbound leads within established response time goals.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate product quotes.
Build trusted relationships through a consultative, service-first approach.
Guide customers through the entire sales process from inquiry to repeat business.
Account Management
Manage customer accounts and opportunities within HubSpot.
Maintain accurate customer records, activities, and deal stages.
