We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Front End Associates to support daily sales operations in a fast-paced garden center retail environment.
Responsibilities
Operate register and Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently
Process customer transactions, including cash, credit, and gift cards
Label and tag product for retail sale
Support merchandising and product presentation
Open, unpack, and process retail goods upon receipt as required
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the register area and other assigned workspaces
Provide friendly, helpful customer service at all times
Qualifications
Prior register / POS experience preferred
Garden center or retail experience a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Physical Requirements
Ability to walk up and down stairs
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods
Schedule & Availability
Facility operates 7 days per week, generally 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Earlier and later shifts may be required for special events and peak periods
Weekend availability is required
Full-time and tempo parziale schedules available
