Drafting of procedures and processes to support the purchasing function
Definition and monitoring of all function KPIs
Drafting of timely reports for the purchasing department and for all various internal and external stakeholders
Coordination of internal and external auditing activities and monitoring of improvement actions resulting from Audits
Management of supplier qualification activities in compliance with current procedures
Support for the development of digitalization initiatives for processes, personally following IT efficiency projects
Degree, preferably in Economics or Management Engineering.
3-5 years of experience in the Procurement or Project Management area is required, with a preference for ICT infrastructure and Security projects. Applications from people with a technical background in ICT and Cyber Security are also evaluated.
Technical/IT skills and knowledge
Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
Excellent proficiency in using the Office package, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proficiency in using AI tools
Competence in Data Analysis
Knowledge in using E-procurement and ERP platforms
Preferable knowledge of Qlik software
Language skills
B2 level English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
