Experteer Overview Join Roche to support Sequencing Solutions customers across hospitals, research, and private labs. You will enable installation, training, and expert application support, collaborating with a cross‐functional service team. You'll contribute to rolling out the SBX platform and share knowledge to maintain high‐quality service. This role combines hands‐on genomics work with customer‐facing training in a fast‐paced environment. You'll work across Europe, with Italy as your focus, making a meaningful impact on diagnostics and patient care. Retribuzione / Benefits Provide application support for Roche Sequencing Products and Assays Install support and customer training for Roche Sequencing Systems with the Service team Troubleshoot onsite to resolve inquiries and issues Co‐create and deliver customer application trainings Assist local sales and marketing with domain expertise Work with liquid handlers and their vendors Monitor service processes and product/system quality Attend internal and external events and meetings Support rollout and ongoing quality of Roche service processes Responsabilità In-depth knowledge of NGS technologies Experience with establishing NGS workflows on liquid handling systems (plus) Strong scientific knowledge in genomics and oncology Project management experience Fluent Italian and good English for international collaboration Willingness to travel across Europe and reside near an international airport (Milano or Rome preferred) Studies in natural sciences; Ph D ideal; relevant experience in research or service institutions Valid driver's license and readiness to travel to support customers in Europe Requisiti fondamentali 14-month salary salary range provided (EUR 40,857 - EUR 75,880) equal opportunity employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
