We’re seeking a creative Social Media Manager to lead content for our social-first brand. As a core member of our Marketing team, you’re someone who lives on the For You Page and knows how to craft content that entertains, engages, and inspires while handling mental health topics with care.

Content Creation & Engagement : Create and distribute entertaining,



impactful content that sparks conversation and shares around mental health.
Content Distribution & Amplification : Own content distribution to maximize reach, engagement, and traffic across social media.
Social Media Strategy : Support the definition of the social strategy, setting content pillars and priorities across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
Calendar Management: Lead the Social Media squad (design, copy, content) and build a social-first calendar that breaks through culturally.
Experiment with new platforms, video formats, live-streams, and creative scripts.
Data-Driven Optimization : Solid previous experience of social media management at a major brand or creator account.
Strong social media portfolio featuring both long- and short-form content (from static images to video) demonstrating creativity and cultural relevance.
