The role Founding CTO. You will build the engineering core that lets a handful of people ship and operate many products in parallel. Your real job is to design the loops that let us run the entire company as if it were a single Git Hub codebase: every process versioned, automated, agent-driven, self-healing. What you will build The agent factory. Systems where roughly 80% of the work (build, ops, content, growth, support) is done by AI agents, not people. Products in parallel. The infrastructure, patterns and tooling to spin up, validate and scale many bets at once, not one at a time. The company as one codebase. A single-repo mentality for the whole org. Every process is code. Every company we launch inherits the same autonomous backbone. 0-to-1 and 1-to-n. You go from an empty repo to a live product, then turn it into a machine that repeats itself. You take a vague problem and return a shipped product. You do not wait to be told what to build. An engineer who thinks in leverage and systems. You have shipped real things end to end. Fluent with LLMs and agentic systems: tool use, orchestration, evals, RAG, autonomous loops. You have built with agents. Comfortable owning the whole stack and the ambiguity of 0-to-1.
