Position Overview The Quality Manager is an integral part of the Quality team based at the Medolla, Italy site, responsible for technical excellence and compliance leadership. Responsibilities include: Providing technical expertise and leadership for quality & compliance topics and issues. Strategic guidance to management on QA operations, deviation investigation approaches and performance improvements. Ensuring schedules for review & approval of GMP documents are maintained to meet commercial supply timelines. Providing support to operations, engineering,



supply chain and material movement for commercial products. Ensuring QA documents & procedures are approved to schedule technology transfers & NPIs. Leading deviation investigations, including root‐cause analysis and CAPA proposals. Reviewing & approving SOPs, batch process records, policies, validation protocols & reports. Developing objectives for the QA department, monitoring performance, preparing reviews & development plans for direct reports. Supporting regulatory submission preparation, inspection readiness activities and audits with health authorities. Supporting GMP supplier and provider audits, following up on CAPAs. Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and welfare legislation and company policies. Other duties as assigned.
