About the Role
The Commis de Partie plays an essential role within our Culinary Team, supporting the preparation of high‑quality food items while ensuring that all standards of safety, cleanliness, and consistency are impeccably upheld.
Responsibilities
Work alongside the culinary team in the preparation of high‑quality food items, ensuring consistency and adherence to menu specifications.
Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary work environment at all times, following HACCP and Four Seasons hygiene standards.
Date and label all food containers properly, ensuring correct rotation of all products in accordance with kitchen policies.
Ensure all perishables are stored at proper temperatures, monitoring quality and freshness throughout the shift.
Check daily pars, identify necessary preparation, and support mise en place execution for upcoming services.
Assist the Sous Chefs and Restaurant Chef in planning and implementing strategies to reduce food waste.
Support the culinary leadership team in mentoring junior team members, promoting a culture of learning, teamwork, and excellence.

Demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and efficiency in all kitchen operations.
Qualifications
Culinary experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant environment.
Fluency in English and Italian.
