Associate Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking Job Purpose To establish and nurture profitable partnerships with both corporate and individual clients, bridging the bank's offerings with clients' needs to ensure mutual vantaggi and long‐term success. Responsibilities Manage client relationships to identify financial goals, challenges and risk tolerance, analysing data from investment portfolios and cash flow to identify trends, insights, improvement areas and additional services. Research and understand industry trends, regulatory landscape and competitive environment to inform strategic recommendations. Design customised solutions addressing clients' specific needs and objectives, incorporating a range of products and services from the bank's portfolio. Communicate the value proposition of proposed solutions, justify recommendations and negotiate terms beneficial for both client and bank. Provide guidance to clients to support financial decisions, offering expert investment advice, risk management, wealth management strategies and updates on market trends. Assess financial,



legal and operational risks associated with client relationships, implementing measures to minimise potential losses. Document all client interactions, transactions and agreements to ensure transparency, auditability and support product development and overall bank strategy. Monitor client satisfaction, revenue generated and other relevant metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of relationship management efforts. Assist Relationship Directors and Corporate Bankers in supporting a portfolio of corporate clients, building and strengthening relationships, identifying new business opportunities and delivering banking solutions such as Cash Management, Liquidity, Lending, Trade Finance, Working Capital and FX products. Conduct client, sector and market research to support Relationship Directors in identifying growth opportunities and delivering strategic client plans. Support the onboarding of new
