Responsibilities Managing different projects at the same time Participating in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions Developing the yearly strategic plan for the whole unit Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior supporters in partner technical teams Managing important business unit clients Driving highly detailed processes that require many stakeholders' involvement at the client side Qualifications Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college Have extensive experience in Project Leadership within the industrial field Be able to interact with different stakeholders,



from management to executive levels Be focused on team success and hold each other accountable in behavior and performance Hold EU passport and be fluent in English Work in a way that works for you (flexible work patterns) Pay & Location (Italy) For Italy: The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 72,000 to 99,000. The provisions of the Contratto Collettivo Dirigenti Industria will be applied. Article three (3) of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
