Experteer Overview In diesem Pre-Opening L&D; Lead role, you will shape the learning strategy and onboarding for new colleagues, ensuring operational readiness and strong cultural alignment from day one. You will partner with department heads to embed MO culture and develop scalable induction and development programs. The role drives talent progression, performance cycles and continuous improvement across the hotel’s launch phase. This position offers the chance to influence luxury service standards at scale and collaborate with cross-property teams.
