Job Overview
- As a full‑time Operations Coordinator (Facility & Fleet Support) at Backroads’ Tuscany Hub, you will play a key role in executing the hands‑on operational work that keeps our hub running efficiently.
- This role focuses on facility operations, warehouse execution, and fleet support, ensuring that our vans, trailers, equipment, and workspace are always operational and ready for use.
- You will work closely with the Unit Loads Coordinator and Fleet Coordinator, supporting critical activities such as van preparation,



warehouse organization, Unit Load readiness, and facility maintenance.

Key ResponsibilitiesFacility & Warehouse Operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized warehouse and operational spaces
- Execute daily warehouse activities including staging, storage, and material handling
- Support warehouse organization and continuous improvements to layout and usability
- Assist in maintaining proper storage standards for equipment and operational materials

Fleet Operations Support (Hands‑On)
- Van racking and unracking
- Trailer inspections and basic maintenance
- Hitch adjustments and vehicle configurations

- Picking up vehicles
- Coordinating decal application with external vendors
